Dr. Chandrahas Patel is a board certified Cardiovascular surgeon with specialty training in endovascular surgery, with extensive experience in blocked blood vessels, aneurysms, carotid disease and prevention. He is on the staff of Arizona Heart Hospital as well as many other hospitals.
Dr. Patel has contributed on several research studies with Johns Hopkins and has published numerous academic research papers. He is actively involved in prestigious meetings such as the Edward B. Diethrich Vascular Surgical Society and belongs to multiple surgical organizations.

David Terry DO
David Terry, D.O., is board certified in both general and peripheral vascular surgery through the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery. Dr. Terry was named Surgical Resident Educator of the Year during his residency at Michigan State University’s Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association. International studies include infectious disease analysis in Malawi, Africa and agriculture and natural resources in Mexico.

Lannery Lauvao MD, FACS
Lannery S. Lauvao, MD is board certified in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery from the American Board of Surgery. He specializes in open vascular surgery and endovascular surgery. Dr. Lauvao is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Society for Vascular Surgery. Dr. Lauvao is on staff at multiple hospitals and medical centers in the Valley including Banner Health, Abrazo Health and Honor Health. Dr. Lauvaohas interest in surgical education and has presented in local and international meetings. He has served on many local committees including Chair of the Endovascular Committee at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center. He was awarded Physician of Excellence from Banner Thunderbird Medical Center and was nominated as Most Compassion Doctor from Vitals Patient Choice Award. Dr. Lauvao was also listed in Phoenix Magazine Best Doctors. Dr. Lauvao is fluent in his native Samoan language. He has been practicing in Phoenix Valley for more than 10 years.
Dr. Lauvao specializes in carotid disease, aneurysmal disease including thoracic and abdominal aorta aneurysms, peripheral aneurysms, peripheral arterial disease and limb salvage, venous disease including deep vein thrombosis, IVC filter placement and removal, varicose veins and venous reflux, dialysis access and management including, fistulas, grafts and HeRO access. His interests also include wound care, lymphedema and limb salvage and limb preservation operations. Dr. Lauvao also specializes in vascular trauma.

Ryan has been in the radiology field for 20 years and is registered with The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists. She earned her certifications as a Radiologic Technologist and most recently joined an elite group within the radiology community earning her Vascular Interventional Radiography National Boards.
Her passion is working a long side the physician, assisting in peripheral vascular cases. Patient care is a strong point and is the starting foundation for a good relationship with the patient, physician and the staff.
Ryan has experience in Radiographic procedures, Trauma/Burn, Pediatrics/Geriatrics, Cat Scan, Special Procedures and Vascular Intervention.
